Upload proof of a 4+ hour outage for Franklin, Gadsden, Gulf, Jefferson or Leon. DCF waives extra food-loss documentation in the other nine eligible counties. This replaces existing benefits; it is not new SNAP enrollment or D-SNAP.

Requirements, counties & official sources

14 Florida counties · current SNAP households only

Replacement may be up to the household's previously approved monthly SNAP benefit amount. DCF determines the amount and eligibility; this is replacement of existing benefits, not new enrollment or D-SNAP.

You must currently receive SNAP, have lost food because of Hurricane Isaias, and reside in one of DCF's 14 eligible counties. A saved home in the county alone does not confirm household eligibility.

Bay, Calhoun, Escambia, Holmes, Jackson, Okaloosa, Santa Rosa, Walton and Washington households do not need additional documentation verifying food loss.

Franklin, Gadsden, Gulf, Jefferson and Leon households must upload proof through MyACCESS of a power outage lasting four or more hours.

Complete the Individual Replacement Request by Monday, October 19, 2026. DCF has not published a specific submission hour on its Isaias page; submit early and keep the confirmation.
