How to get it

Ask 211 About An Airbnb.org Emergency Stay

  1. Call 211 and ask about Airbnb.org housing after Isaias. Explain whether your home is uninhabitable or your area was under a mandatory evacuation order.
  2. Answer the caseworker's questions about your affected address, household and housing needs. Ask which documents are required for the review.
  3. If referred, follow the partner's booking instructions and confirm your stay dates and terms. An Airbnb account or identity verification may be required.

Isaias-affected Florida counties · displacement or evacuation review

Airbnb.org is an independent nonprofit founded by Airbnb. For Isaias, it works with Inform Florida and Florida's 211 network to arrange free emergency housing for residents whose homes are uninhabitable or who are in mandatory evacuation areas. Airbnb.org donations fund the stays; approved guests do not pay for the stay.

In Florida, request support by calling 211. The local partner determines eligibility and helps with the referral. Airbnb.org does not accept direct applications from individuals; a normal paid Airbnb reservation is not an assistance request.

Explain your affected address, displacement or evacuation situation and household needs. Ask the caseworker what documents are needed and confirm the available dates and booking steps. An Airbnb account and identity verification may be needed if a stay is arranged; calling 211 does not guarantee placement.

The verified response page does not publish a fixed application deadline, number of nights or exclusive county list. Our member cards are shown in the storm-affected county area; 211 confirms service coverage and individual eligibility. Availability may change.

This is separate from EmergencyRV's transitional RV intake and FEMA Individual Assistance housing. The Airbnb.org route is a partner-arranged emergency stay, not an RV application or a cash benefit.

Member-card visibility follows the Isaias declared-county area, not an exclusive nonprofit eligibility list. The 211 partner confirms service coverage, displacement or evacuation criteria and availability.
