- Homeowner
- Palm Beach County owner-occupant at or below 80% AMI; at least three years of recorded ownership/residency and a homestead exemption.
- Property
- Eligible one- or two-unit homes, including qualifying mobile homes produced after 1994. County reviews property, assets, taxes, mortgage, insurance and liens.
- Orientation
- Mandatory orientation before application. Remaining sessions: October 30, November 3, November 9 and November 18; verify times on the county page.
- Benefit
- Up to $100,000 based on approved need. Confirm repayment, lien and other award terms with the county.
- Selection
- 50 applications selected at random after closing; not first come, first served. Selection is not approval or a guaranteed award.
